“Our Response to COVID-19”

At CW Performance we are learning as we go, just like many other essential businesses during this time. Below are some updates and best practices we wanted to share that we are implementing with our employees and customers.

  • We are Open. Our main goal is to keep our doors open for our customers and keep our staff employed. All of our staff agrees that we should still remain open to provide for necessary services and repairs, however we are allowing paid time off for our employees to help with their spouses and children as needed. As transportation is an essential business, our office hours at this time are remaining the same. If you have a vehicle repair that you have been putting off, please give us an opportunity to perform it if your vehicle is not in need.
  • Keeping our Customers & Employees Safe. Our staff is encouraged to practice social distancing both inside and outside the office. Our team is sanitizing all keys, steering wheels, gear shifters, seats and door handles as well as our office space on a regular basis. Our waiting room is closed to guest and we are encouraging using our key drop off box and recommending customers to pay over the phone.We are doing the best we can to remain safe to do business with as well as aware of all the precautions to help reduce the virus spread.  
  • Free Vehicle Pick Up & Delivery. We are offering to pick up your vehicle and drop it back off to you when completed.We have also decided to waive loaner vehicle fees at this time.
  • Staying Connected. We will stay in contact with you over the phone, through text messages as well as email to keep you in control of the repair process so you know what is going on with your vehicle at all times.
